Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed through the official OOTD website. Delivery times may be extended during holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year) or to remote regions (additional 1–3 business days).
1. Overview
- Shipping Cost: All electric scooters purchased on our website are shipped free of charge. All taxes and duties are covered by OOTD.
- Warehouse: Electric scooters ship from our warehouse in Poland. Spare parts and accessories (if purchased separately) ship from China.
- Customer Service: For questions regarding your order or shipping, please contact support@o-otd.com.
- Age Restriction: Riders under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
2. Processing & Handling
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays. Please allow extra time if local courier delays occur.
3. Delivery Time & Shipping Methods
We cooperate with major carriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, and GLS. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
Estimated delivery time for electric scooters: 3–7 business days from dispatch to destinations listed below.
Spare parts and accessories: Typically 15–20 business days from China. Delivery will be completed within 30 days. If we cannot deliver within this period, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
You can also track your order through the link at the top and footer of our website (https://o-otd.com/pages/track-your-order), which provides order logistics tracking.
6. Transportation Damage
- Customers are advised to inspect the scooter upon delivery, preferably in the presence of the delivery person.
- Recommended reporting time for shipping damage: OOTD advises customers to report any transport damage within 7 days of delivery. Reports after this period are still accepted within the legal 14-day window but may require additional verification.
- If damage is verified as shipping-related: OOTD will arrange repair, replacement, or refund and cover return shipping if needed.
- If damage cannot be conclusively attributed to shipping: OOTD may offer repair, partial refund, or replacement, but return shipping costs may be shared or charged to the customer.
7. Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items will ship according to the estimated timeframe shown on the product page. In-stock items (not pre-orders) ship within 1–2 business days.
8. Order Cancellation
- Before shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge. Full refund will be issued if cancelled before dispatch.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be intercepted or cancelled during transit due to high logistics costs. The package will be delivered to the customer. Customers retain their rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right to withdraw within 14 days after delivery. Please follow our Return Policy for post-delivery returns. Contact support@o-otd.com as early as possible to avoid interception costs.
9. Delivery & Signature
Due to the high value of the product and transportation of large-capacity lithium batteries, a signature is required upon delivery. In some regions carriers may use visual confirmation or equivalent methods. If you did not personally receive the package, please contact us immediately.
10. Risk & Responsibility
- Before delivery confirmation: All risk of loss or damage remains with OOTD until the order is delivered and signed for. Customers are not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit prior to delivery confirmation.
- After delivery confirmation: Once the package has been delivered and confirmed received by the customer, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Any issues after delivery are subject to the Return Policy and applicable EU consumer protection rights.
